 "Basic Student Leadership Training" is the English translation of Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa (LDKS). The program's objectives are to help students enhance their leadership abilities, collaborative abilities, and personal growth. Typically, LDKS consists of a number of seminars, exercises, and activities designed to improve communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution, among other leadership skills.


Depending on the program's intensity and goals, these training sessions—which are frequently arranged by educational institutions, youth organisations, or schools—can last anywhere from a few days to a week. Students engage in a range of interactive seminars, role-playing games, and team-building activities at LDKS in order to hone their leadership skills and foster a sense of camaraderie among their peers.

Typically, LDKS curriculum involves subjects like goal-setting, delegation, public speaking, time management, and ethical leadership.

  Linford Christie Christie, he was running athletes from jamaica he was born 2 april 1960, He starts sprint training when he is still 16 and he becomes athlete when he is 19 He remains one of the most highly decorated British athletes of all-time. By the end of his track career Christie had won 24 medals overall, more than any other British male athlete before or since.
